HR/Finance Assistant (Part-time Position)

Growing non-profit is seeking an experienced Human Resource/Finance Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor characterized by integrity, good character and mutual respect for others; express strong verbal and written communication skills while maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. Work requires significant local travel and requires a valid state driver’s license. The candidate should demonstrate superb attention to detail, ability to be a creative, rapid thinker and strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) to include Excel.

Must have basic knowledge of office management and proven HR experience which includes supervision, staff scheduling for 24/7 coverage; maintaining personnel files and ADP Payroll Platform.

Must pass DBHDD Criminal Background Check and drug screen.

Educational Requirements: An Associate’s Degree in Business Management, Office Management or Human Resources required
